Yes, pool owners charge an hourly rate of around $45, though this may vary depending on location, timing, and demand. Hosts can also decide how many people can use the pool at the same time, as well as whether to allow loud music, alcohol, or pets.
Swimply also requires an hour between bookings to allow hosts time to clean and sanitize, and all interactions must adhere to CDC guidelines. Furthermore, before being listed on the app, each pool is inspected for hygiene and safety by a local pool Service Company.

Simply Characteristics
The renter service fee is typically 10% of the total pool rental cost.
The site does not charge the host any fees to list the pool.
The guests must sign a liability waiver to protect the pool owner.
Each pool owner determines his or her cancellation and refund policies.

• Your Pool, Your Rules
•  The pool owner can set the rate and also specify when the pool is open. They have the authority to accept or reject specific requests.
• Swimply charges a percentage commission fee for bookings made through the platform. To make things easier for yourself, you can schedule times when the site will automatically book requests without waiting for your confirmation.
• You can also specify whether small children, pets, or a large number of people are permitted to use the pool.
• You can also restrict access to other amenities such as the stereo, speakers, pool toys, and even the restroom as a pool owner.

Swimply's disadvantage

Swimply may, at its discretion, offer a discount on the host's listing price and even provide a promotional code to the guest. This calls into question the pool owner's decision to set their rate.
If a booking is made and the owner cannot provide the pool, there is a fee of up to $50 per half hour.
There are cancellation fees if the pool owner cancels a booking section at the last minute. This rule applies to the visitor as well.
